As Octa Tech provides digital services and consulting, we do not offer physical product returns. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and offer the following policy:

Return / Cancellation Policy

  • Services can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement, provided work has not started.
  • After 24 hours, or once work has begun, cancellation is subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the 24-hour window.
  • For partially completed services, partial refunds may be granted after deducting the cost of work already performed.
  • No refunds are applicable once a project or service has been fully delivered or completed.
  • The refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days into the original payment account.
